Sheena Tehrani’s experience spans diverse areas of the law. She has litigated a multitude of disputes in the entertainment arena, representing individuals, talent, studios, and production companies in matters of defamation, right of publicity, labor and employment, breaches of contract, and intellectual property, including trade secrets, copyrights, and trademarks. She has handled cases from inception to resolution, notably obtaining a favorable result in mediation for an independent artist whose sound recording was used without authorization, and similarly obtaining a favorable result in mediation for an employee in a sexual harassment suit. Sheena’s work has granted her the legal knowledge and strategic mindset to skillfully handle both litigation and transactional matters, including talent and licensing agreements.

Sheena joined GCK in 2025, where she handles employment, trade secret, contract, and related disputes. She takes a compassionate approach to counseling and guiding clients, ensuring they are well-informed and understand what to expect throughout the legal process.

In her free time, Sheena enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and watching films at her local independent movie theater. She is a proud Trojan, and serves on the board of the Trojan Entertainment Network.
