Kristina S. Keller is a Senior Litigation Attorney at the firm and has been in practice over 31 years. She currently focuses on litigating complex commercial, employment, and trademark cases in California state and federal courts.

Kristina began her career as a civil litigator with a primary focus on personal injury, premises liability, product liability and breach of contract cases, gaining extensive experience in mediations and arbitrations and obtaining high end settlements for numerous clients. Thereafter, she became the Judicial Research Attorney for the Honorable Emilie Elias, the Honorable Kathryn Doi Todd, and the Honorable Enrique Romero, in the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she assisted with all civil pre-trial law and motion matters and managed teams of student and attorney interns.

In 1999, Kristina returned to civil litigation practice with the Beverly Hills firm Stolar & Associates with a primary focus on civil tort claims, not limited to but including commercial and employment litigation, from inception through appeal. She became admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, and tried cases before the U.S. Tax Court and the Los Angeles Superior Court.

In 2003, Kristina joined labor and employment firm Cohon & Pollak, LLP, which later became Cohon Law Firm in 2017, focusing on a wide range of civil actions and appeals, including fraud and commercial-based litigation, wage and hour claims, class actions, trademark filings, management and litigation.

Kristina has handled every aspect of case management from communications with clients, counsel and courts, investigating and gathering evidence, legal research and analysis, drafting and filing pleadings, conducting formal and informal discovery, taking and defending depositions, pre-trial law and motion matters, court appearances, settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, trials, writs and appeals.

Kristina has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Trinity Law School, formerly known as Simon Greenleaf School of Law, in Santa Ana, California, teaching torts and legal writing to first year law students.
